Greetings from Columbus, Ohio! I specialize in private, one-on-one yoga sessions, available both in-person here in Columbus and virtually via Zoom. My sessions are meticulously tailored to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Trained with over 200 hours in teacher training, including Restorative and Yin at the prestigious Columbus School of Yoga, my expertise lies in guiding you through various styles such as the dynamic Vinyasa flow, the serene slow flow, and the deeply rejuvenating deep stretch sessions.
At the core of my teaching philosophy is personalized attention and individualized guidance, ensuring each of my students embarks on a unique journey towards inner balance and strength, regardless of their physical location.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of wellness that focuses on achieving balance in mind, body, and spirit. It teaches that each of us is born with a unique energy type, called a dosha, which shapes our physical, mental, and emotional characteristics.
The three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—represent different combinations of the five natural elements (air, ether, fire, water, and earth). Knowing your dosha can help you understand your unique needs, from diet and exercise to lifestyle choices that support balance and health.
